GUESTS

 Guests coming with with you to your tanning appointment need to stay in the waiting area while your service is being done.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All tans are to be scheduled by appointment only. A waiting list will be made once the day is booked. You may cancel your appointment anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled service with no penalty.

 

CANCELING/RESCHEDULING your appointment AFTER the 24  HOURS before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $20. NO SHOW appointments will be charged for one full tan ($35) or the full fee of the book service amount.

If you have an existing tanning series/package and are a NO SHOW, one tan will be deducted from your balance.

If you do not have a package and are a NO SHOW, you will be charged one full tan ($35) or the balance of your booked appointment amount.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

You may call the studio at 440-290-6165 to book your next tan, or you may book online.

When you call  to book, we will ask you for you desired time, name, email, phone number, and method of payment to be held on file. We only ask for this information (which is also requested with online booking) to secure your spot and to cover us if you do not cancel in time or are a no show, resulting in a loss for us that could have been filled by another client. 


TAN EXPIRATION POLICY

All tanning series/packages are valid for 6 months from purchase date. At the 6 month mark, any unused tans will expire.

It is advised you do not purchase more tans at one time than you will use within 6 months. 

 

TANNING RESULTS

Tanning results are subject to lots of factors. But we understand that sometimes things happen. If you are ever unhappy in ANY WAY with your service or tan, PLEASE contact TRIS (the owner) personally within 24 hours of your appointment.
